Growing up in an Italian household, where food is the cornerstone of our culture, I learned early on that food is not just about satisfying hunger, it's what brings us together and comforts us. From a young age, somehow I always knew food would be a big part of what I do for a living.
My journey into cake design began with my love for all things sweet, which grew even more during my time studying Food Science at university. Now, at Let Them Eat Cakes, I'm turning that passion into creating something truly special.
